DoSSIER disseminates the project results to various target groups including the scientific community, professional searchers, search solution providers, public bodies and policy makers, and enterprises that rely on search technologies for their business. This has been achieved by documenting and publishing using various means ranging from online dissemination tools and techniques, to classical dissemination methods such as participating in workshops, conferences and publishing at journals, as well as by organising dedicated tutorials, training schools and workshops at established events related to search technologies. 

DoSSIER’s communication strategy is divided to four target audiences: scientific community, professional searchers, search solution providers, and any third party, including public organisations and policy makers. Based on the identification of key stakeholders and their interests and the key messages for each stakeholder group, the DoSSIER will use various tools and techniques, to engage key stakeholders from each target audience, all relevant influencers, as well as internal and external partners of the network.
